Pharmacy faculty of the Applied Science Private University at Shafa Badran in Amman, part of a private university founded in 1989 and among the first in Jordan. Teaches the bachelor of pharmacy and the doctor of pharmacy programmes together with master's study, runs departments and laboratories in pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology, clinical pharmacy and biopharmaceutics, places students in Jordanian hospitals and pharmaceutical factories, and carries out research on drug formulation and medicinal plants.
