Regional association of leading universities in South East Asia, established in 1995 by the member states of ASEAN and with its secretariat at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. Promotes cooperation among member universities through student and staff exchange, collaborative research and thematic networks, and runs the AUN quality assurance system that assesses and accredits academic programmes, including pharmacy and health science programmes, across the region.
