American dermatology company at Princeton in New Jersey, founded in 2001 out of work at Johnson & Johnson and listed on the Nasdaq before Stiefel Laboratories bought it in 2008. Developed and sold prescription treatments for skin disease, including antifungal and antiyeast products, treatments for seborrhoeic dermatitis, acne and psoriasis and topical formulations of azole and other compounds, and ran its own clinical development and regulatory work.
