South Korean private Catholic university at Gyeongsan in North Gyeongsang province near Daegu, whose roots reach back to the Daegu Catholic seminary of 1914 and which took its present form in 1994. Runs a College of Pharmacy teaching the six year pharmacy programme with graduate degrees, together with colleges of medicine, nursing, and bio and medical sciences, its own medical centre and hospital, and research in pharmaceutics, pharmacology, natural products and clinical pharmacy.
