Primary health centre of type A at Talag in the Tena canton of Napo province in the Ecuadorian Amazon, run by zonal coordination two of the public health ministry, which covers Napo, Orellana and Pichincha outside Quito. Provides first level care to a rural and largely indigenous population, with general medicine, obstetric and child health services, immunisation, dental care, and the dispensing of the basic medicine list, and takes part in national health and pharmacovigilance reporting.
