Egyptian pharmacy faculty in Cairo, part of Cairo University and founded in 1824 as the school of pharmacy attached to the Qasr El Aini medical school, making it one of the oldest pharmacy schools in the Middle East. Trains pharmacists through the Bachelor of Pharmacy and clinical pharmacy programmes and runs master and doctoral degrees across pharmaceutics and industrial pharmacy, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy, pharmacology and toxicology, microbiology and biochemistry, with extensive pharmaceutical research.
