French graduate engineering school at Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray near Rouen, founded in 1985 and part of the INSA group. Trains engineers in chemical and process engineering, energy, mechanics, civil engineering, computing and mathematics, runs joint laboratories with the CNRS and the Université de Rouen on organic chemistry, materials and process safety, and works with the chemical and pharmaceutical industry of the Seine valley.
