Institute of Development and Management

Regional management training and consultancy institute owned jointly by the governments of Botswana, Lesotho and Eswatini, founded in 1974 with campuses in Gaborone, Maseru and Mbabane. Teaches diploma, degree and postgraduate programmes in management, public administration, human resources, procurement and supply chain, accounting and information technology, including health services management, and provides short courses, in-house training and consultancy to government departments, health authorities and companies across the three countries.
