Junagadh Agricultural University

Indian state agricultural university at Junagadh in the Saurashtra region of Gujarat, established in 2004 when the state's agricultural university was split into four. Teaches through colleges of agriculture, veterinary science and animal husbandry, agricultural engineering and technology, fisheries science and food processing technology, runs research stations, a veterinary hospital and laboratories across the region, and carries out research on groundnut and other regional crops, pesticide residues, animal health and food and post harvest technology.
