South Korean private university with campuses at Hoegi-dong in Seoul and at Yongin in Gyeonggi province, founded in 1949 and given university standing in 1952. Teaches pharmacy through its college of pharmacy, together with Korean medicine, medicine, dentistry, nursing and life sciences, runs the Kyung Hee University Medical Center and Korean medicine hospital, and carries out research on natural products, herbal medicine and drug development.
