Chinese public medical university in Jinzhou in Liaoning province, founded in 1946 and known as Liaoning Medical University from 2007 until it took the Jinzhou name in 2016. Teaches clinical medicine, pharmacy, stomatology, nursing, public health, medical laboratory science and animal medicine, runs its own affiliated hospitals in the city for clinical teaching, and carries out research in pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, veterinary medicine and biomedical subjects with its own laboratories.
