Egyptian private university at 6th of October City near Cairo, founded in 1996 and one of the country's larger private universities. Teaches through faculties of pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, physical therapy, biotechnology, veterinary medicine, engineering and applied arts, runs the Souad Kafafi University Hospital and its own laboratories, and carries out research in pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology and biomedical fields with clinical training for its health students.
