American biotechnology company at Waltham in Massachusetts, founded in 2015 out of integrin structural biology work and listed on the Nasdaq until Eli Lilly bought it in 2024. Developed oral small molecule integrin inhibitors using its own structural platform, with a lead compound aimed at the alpha-4-beta-7 integrin for inflammatory bowel disease and further programmes in fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension and autoimmune disease.
