Turkish public university in Denizli in the southwest of the country, founded in 1992 and named after the Pamukkale travertine terraces. Runs faculties of pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, health sciences, science, engineering, education, economics and the arts with the Pamukkale University Hospital, and its Faculty of Pharmacy teaches the pharmacy degree through departments of pharmaceutical technology, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy, pharmacology and pharmaceutical microbiology.
