Saudi public university in Al Kharj south of Riyadh, established in 2009 as Salman bin Abdulaziz University out of branch colleges of King Saud University and renamed after Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz in 2015, with further colleges at Wadi Al Dawasir, Al Sulail, Hotat Bani Tamim and Aflaj. Runs colleges of pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, applied medical sciences, engineering, science and humanities, and its College of Pharmacy teaches the Doctor of Pharmacy with research in pharmaceutics, pharmacognosy, pharmacology and clinical pharmacy.
