British public research university in Belfast, Northern Ireland, founded in 1845 as Queen's College and a member of the Russell Group. Its School of Pharmacy teaches the Master of Pharmacy and postgraduate degrees with research in drug delivery, microneedles and long acting injectables, pharmaceutical materials science, medicinal chemistry and pharmacy practice, alongside the School of Medicine, Dentistry and Biomedical Sciences and its cancer, vision and infection research centres.
