Singaporean drug discovery company founded in 2000 at the Biopolis research park with backing from the Economic Development Board and Chiron, which developed small molecule cancer medicines. Worked on kinase inhibitors and histone deacetylase inhibitors, taking pacritinib, a JAK2 and FLT3 inhibitor, into clinical development before selling it to Cell Therapeutics in 2012, and ran medicinal chemistry and screening operations in Singapore.
