Australian medical research institute at Woolloongabba in Brisbane, opened in 2013 beside the Princess Alexandra Hospital and run with the University of Queensland, Queensland University of Technology and Mater Research. Brings laboratory research, clinical trials and biopharmaceutical manufacture onto one site, runs a facility able to make vaccines and biological medicines for early trials, and provides imaging, flow cytometry and preclinical facilities to its member groups.
