Spanish public university in Valencia, founded in 1499 and one of the oldest universities in the country. Its Faculty of Pharmacy and Food Sciences teaches the pharmacy degree with departments of pharmacy and pharmaceutical technology, pharmacology, analytical chemistry, microbiology and nutrition, alongside faculties of medicine and dentistry, chemistry and biological sciences, and conducts research in drug design, drug delivery, pharmacology and clinical trials with its associated hospitals and the INCLIVA and Principe Felipe research institutes.
