American public land grant research university with its main campus in Pullman, Washington, founded in 1890, with further campuses at Spokane, Tri-Cities, Vancouver and Everett. Its College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Spokane and Yakima teaches the Doctor of Pharmacy and graduate programmes in pharmaceutical sciences with research in drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics, cannabis and natural product pharmacology, alongside the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine and the College of Veterinary Medicine.
