Research and development organisation of Wyeth, the American pharmaceutical and biotechnology company formerly called American Home Products and headquartered in Madison, New Jersey, which Pfizer acquired in October 2009. Wyeth Research ran discovery and development in vaccines, biologics and small molecule medicines from sites including Collegeville in Pennsylvania and Pearl River in New York, and its programmes, laboratories and staff were absorbed into Pfizer's worldwide research and development organisation.
