American biotechnology company founded in 1998 at Uniondale in New York as Angion Biomedica, which worked on small molecules acting on hepatocyte growth factor signalling for acute kidney injury and fibrotic disease and listed on the Nasdaq in 2021. Merged with Elicio Therapeutics in 2023 and took its name, and the combined company develops lymph node targeted immunotherapies, led by a therapeutic cancer vaccine aimed at mutant KRAS driven tumours.
