French hospital serving Orléans and the Loiret, which took university hospital standing in 2021 with the medical school of the Université de Tours. Runs the new hospital at La Source together with the Madeleine site and a psychiatric and geriatric service, provides care across specialties with emergency, cancer, cardiology and maternity services, keeps clinical laboratories and a hospital pharmacy and takes part in clinical trials.
