American biopharmaceutical company headquartered at Waltham in Massachusetts with a research site at Lawrence in Kansas, founded in 2003 and acquired by Ono Pharmaceutical in 2024. Uses its switch control kinase inhibitor platform to design small molecules that control kinase conformation, and has brought ripretinib for gastrointestinal stromal tumour and vimseltinib for tenosynovial giant cell tumour to market alongside a pipeline of further kinase inhibitor programmes in oncology.
