Indian state university in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, established in 2007 by the Government of Gujarat to affiliate and govern technical and professional colleges across the state. Affiliates several hundred institutions in engineering, pharmacy, management, architecture and computer applications, sets their curricula and conducts their examinations, and awards Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master of Pharmacy and doctoral degrees through its affiliated pharmacy colleges while also running its own graduate school and research programmes.
