Research unit of the Université de Lille, Inserm and the Institut Pasteur de Lille based on the Lille health campus, which studies nuclear receptors and metabolic and cardiovascular disease. Works on the receptors that control bile acid, lipid and glucose handling, on fatty liver disease, diabetes and atherosclerosis and on candidate drugs acting on those targets, in collaboration with clinicians of the Lille university hospital and with pharmaceutical companies.
