Instituto Finlay

Cuban vaccine research and manufacturing institute in Havana, named after the physician Carlos Finlay and part of the BioCubaFarma group. Develops, produces and registers human vaccines including meningococcal, typhoid, pneumococcal and tetanus and diphtheria products and the Soberana covid vaccines, runs its own research laboratories, pilot plants and production facilities with quality control, and carries out clinical trials and technology transfer to other countries.
