Chinese pharmaceutical company founded in May 1998 as Qingdao Huaren Pharmaceutical, converted into a joint stock company in August 2001 and listed on the Shenzhen ChiNext board on 25 August 2010 under code 300110, with the Xi'an Qujiang New District management committee becoming its controlling party in July 2019. Runs production bases in Qingdao, Rizhao and Wuhan and thirteen subsidiaries, and was the first company to bring non-PVC soft bag infusion to China. Works across basic infusions and nephrology while expanding into higher value respiratory and anaesthesia and psychiatry products, with a portfolio covering basic infusions, peritoneal dialysis solutions, small volume injections, therapeutic infusions, tablets and capsules under an integrated raw material, formulation and packaging model.
