Indian teaching hospital in Manipal, Udupi district, Karnataka, established in 1953 and the main teaching hospital of Kasturba Medical College within the Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Runs more than two thousand beds across a wide range of specialties including cardiology, oncology, neurosciences, transplant medicine, critical care and emergency services, and hosts the clinical pharmacy practice teaching of Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
