American non-profit community health organisation based in Berkeley, California, founded in 1976 as a service for older people in the East Bay and now a federally qualified health centre network across Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Runs primary care clinics, school based health centres, dental and behavioural health services, urgent care, care for homeless people and older adults and supportive housing programmes, with its own pharmacy services and sliding scale fees for uninsured and low income patients.
