American public university at Mankato in Minnesota, founded in 1868 as a state normal school and the second largest university in the Minnesota State system. Teaches chemistry and geology, biological sciences, biochemistry, nursing, healthcare administration and allied health together with pre pharmacy and other pre professional tracks, and runs undergraduate and master's research in chemistry, biology and biomedical sciences.
