British National Health Service integrated care board covering the London boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Hackney, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest and the City of London, established in 2022 under the Health and Care Act to replace the area's clinical commissioning groups. Plans and commissions hospital, community, mental health and primary care services for about two million people, manages the medicines optimisation and prescribing budget with local formularies and works with hospital trusts and local authorities in the integrated care system.
