Cancer medicines business of the Swiss pharmaceutical group Novartis, with its main offices at Basel and East Hanover in New Jersey. Sells targeted therapies including kinase inhibitors for leukaemia and breast cancer, radioligand treatments for prostate and neuroendocrine tumours and cell therapies for blood cancers, runs its own clinical development organisation and works with the group's research arm on discovery programmes.
