Universidad de Salamanca

Spanish public university in Salamanca, founded in 1218 and the oldest university in the Spanish speaking world. Its Faculty of Pharmacy teaches the pharmacy degree with departments of pharmaceutical sciences covering pharmacy and pharmaceutical technology, pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry and parasitology, alongside faculties of medicine, biology and chemical sciences, the Cancer Research Centre and the Institute of Biomedical Research of Salamanca, with clinical trials at the Salamanca university hospital.
