French university at Clermont-Ferrand which taught medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, law, economics and management until 2017, when it merged with Blaise Pascal University to form the Université Clermont Auvergne. Its pharmacy and medicine faculties, laboratories in pharmacology, pain research and nutrition and its links with the Clermont-Ferrand university hospital continue within the merged university.
