Université de Limoges

French public university in Limoges in the Haute-Vienne, founded in 1968, with further sites at Brive, Tulle, Guéret and Egletons. Teaches through its faculties of medicine, pharmacy, science and technology, law and letters, works with the Limoges university hospital for clinical teaching and trials, and carries out research in pharmacology and toxicology, ceramics and biomaterials, ageing and neuroscience through its own laboratories and joint units with the national research bodies.
