Health Canada has issued a product recall for three Organika gummy supplements. The affected products are: - Organika® Lion's Mane Gummies, NPN 80143265, 2000 mg, lot 251106. - Organika® Reishi Gummies, NPN 80143266, 3000 mg, lot 251107. - Organika® Creatine Gummies, NPN 80134480, 1000 mg, lot 20260416. All are marketed as gummies. The recall was triggered because the affected lots were imported from a foreign manufacturing site that is not listed on Organika Health Product Inc.'s site licence.
