Stellenbeschreibung
工作职责：
1.负责门店的日常运营工作，带领团队完成店铺各项销售指标及个人指标；
2.为顾客皮肤美容护理提供专业咨询服务，向客户展示产品、试用产品，促成客户购买；
3.维护良好的客户关系，建立客户忠诚度；
4.负责店铺货品库存管理（订货，退货，安全库存管理），维护店铺的标准陈列和店面整洁；
5.负责跟商场对接，做好日常活动沟通，及时上传下达；
6.管理店铺美容顾问，进行日常辅导和带教培训。
任职要求:
1.有2年以上护肤品销售管理经验；
2.外貌形象佳；
3.了解一线化妆品牌趋势；
4.语言表达能力突出，亲和力强，有耐心，有较强的服务意识；
5.有化妆品专卖店管理经验优先。
