Stellenbeschreibung
岗位职责：
1、负责制剂团队管理，制剂项目质量研究、处方筛选、工艺优化研发、稳定性研究；
2、独立进行项目制剂设计、开发和研制工作；
3、解决研发和生产过程中的各种问题。
任职要求：
1、博士学历，药物制剂、药学、制药工程等相关专业，至少3年以上制剂研发相关工作经验，熟悉多种剂型的研究技术与技能，能独立完成制剂项目的开发。
2、熟悉FDA/CFDA的要求，了解EMA和CFDA法规、指导方针和GMP以及药物产品开发过程。
3、熟悉国内仿制药开发和注册相关申报法规和技术要求，有新药制剂研究工作经验。
4、具有优秀的研发和项目管理能力，能解决项目实施管理和研发过程中遇到的问题。
5、具备较强的沟通组织协调及团队管理能力。
