Stellenbeschreibung
职责描述：
1、开展临床试验中心的筛选等前期准备工作；
2、开展临床试验方案的设计以及总结等工作；
3、负责建立与各研究者的密切关系，并配合做好与各研究中心的沟通与协调工作；
4、与CRO公司建立密切关系，协调公司内外各方的沟通，负责对研究中心的监督，确保试验符合GCP以及研究方案的要求；
5、负责报告并协商解决在临床试验中发生的各种问题；
6、负责对临床试验中发生的各类不良事件进行及时报告和协助处理；
7、负责对试验药品、物品、样品、资料等的管理；
8、完成对临床试验的项目管理工作等。
任职要求：
1、临床医学或相关专业本科（含）以上学历；
2、熟悉GCP和临床试验相关的各类法规；有肿瘤药物的临床研究经验、熟悉药物1期临床试验者优先,
3、熟悉临床监查工作的流程和工作内容；有7年以上临床试验经验，其中有至少2年临床项目管理经验；
4、大学英语4级以上水平，可以阅读英文专业文献；
5、良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
