岗位职责 构建工厂的卓越运营和持续优化文化，并持续推广。 Establish and promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement, and actively drive across the factory. 设定工厂持续优化目标，管理持续优化的各类事务，如PSQDC看板，提案管理等。 Set up factory continuous optimization goals, manage all continuous improvement activities such as PSQDC boards management, TIMWOODS, etc. 管理工厂的停产活动，包括停产前准备与任务梳理，停产中的跟踪以及停产后的总结。协调组织对工厂停产活动的持续优化。 Manage end-to-end factory shutdown activities, covering preparation and task planning, execution monitoring, and post-shutdown evaluation, and coordinate efforts to continuously optimize shutdown processes. 领导和实施跨部门的关键精益项目，达成显著的工厂效益。 Lead cross-functional Lean initiatives to deliver significant factory benefits. 运用系统的分析方法、精益六西格玛方法和问题解决方法对当前流程进行评估，并识别流程改善机会。 Apply systematic analysis, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and structured problem-solving to assess current processes and identify improvement opportunities. 组织整个工厂的5S活动，并持续改进。 Organize 5S activities across the factory, driving continuous improvement. 对相关人员进行持续改进方法和工具的培训（精益、VSM、六西格玛、Kaizen、问题解决能力）。 Train relevant personnel in continuous improvement methods and tools (Lean, VSM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, problem-solving skills). 任职条件 本科及以上学历，工业工程、制药工程等相关专业为优。 Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or other related majors preferred. 具备3年以上精益生产或持续改善相关工作经验，具有制药行业经验者优先。 ≥3 yeaears of experience in Lean or CI. Experience in pharmaceutical is preferred. 具备基础英语沟通能力，能够与海外同事进行日常工作交流与协作。 Basic English communication skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with overseas colleagues in daily work.
