Stellenbeschreibung

工作职责： 1、开展市场调研工作，了解与分析品类市场的现状、竞争产品的信息，对未来发展趋势进行预测评估；组织开展各类关键客户群体的满意度调研，收集终端纯销信息和市场反馈、合理化建议，并形成书面化市场调研分析报告； 2、基于文献研究和市场洞察，制作符合产品特点及市场需求的推广工具； 3、根据产品战略和业务规划，负责所辖产品的长期发展规划、年度和阶段性营销规划和预算，负责制定产品的定位和相关策略，负责开展目标市场和竞品研究；并根据产品的年度规划与目标，负责指导、推进执行产品年度、季度推广项目，监督项目计划的执行和预算的进度情况，并定期进行评估和总结； 4、参与组织学术营销平台（含临床代言专家、核心医院平台领导、重要学术机构专家等）建设，进行关键医生网络建设的管理，参与学术网络客户的研究，不断完善学术专家数据库和档案，重点建立及维护肾内、肿瘤领域专家网络； 5、根据年度产品规划，策划制定各类学术活动并组织实施，及时总结分析学术活动的效果，并及时改进。 任职资格： 1、硕士及以上学历，生物学，临床医学等相关专业； 2、有肾内或肿瘤、呼吸抗病毒、或者肝病领域产品管理工作经验，有相关专家网络资源优先； 3、擅长国内外医学文献查阅提炼，熟悉临床研究的相关知识，擅长市场研究和数据分析； 4、具备良好的沟通、资源整合、协调和表达能力、优秀的问题解决能力、团队协作精神等。
