Stellenbeschreibung
工作职责:
1.从事制备分离纯化工艺开发工作；
2.负责项目中纯化工艺的开发和优化，中试工艺放大以及制备分离工艺转移至GMP工厂，并完成实验记录及报告的书写；
3.完成分离研发过程，主动优化部分分离进程和方法；
4.能在研究小组中积极主动承担项目，协助推进工艺分离的技术研究；
5.能够独立负责工艺分离项目，能发现项目中出现的问题，对项目中出现的问题多数能独立解决；
6.熟练操作相关仪器，熟悉仪器原理及仪器结构部件，且能做基本日常维护；
7.对客户提出的项目问题和要求，能提出合理解决办法。
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历，药物化学、化工、药学等相关专业；
2. 具备分析分离专业相关知识，了解行业相关法律法规；
3. 具有较强的责任感以及团队精神，勇于任事，善于学习；
4. .具有较强的思考解决问题的能力。
5. 有四年以上小分子纯化或者手性拆分生产工艺相关工作经验者优先。
