Stellenbeschreibung

岗位职责： 1、了解行业最新动态和发展趋势，挖掘具有竞争力的产品，负责软糖方向的新产品开发与创新应用规划设计、管理及实施； 2、负责糖果（凝胶糖果、硬糖）配方设计、工艺研究、新品试验，新产品配方及工艺标准制定及后续工厂生产转化及工艺培训； 3、负责对接公司糖果（凝胶糖果、硬糖）重点客户的技术服务，在市场趋势、产品创新、产品风味、产品质构等方面的问题提供技术支持，协助分析解决质量问题，提出改进方案； 4、协助糖果实验平台规划搭建、设备采购工作。 5、负责完成上级领导安排的其他工作。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，食品工程或食品相关专业； 2、5年以上产品开发经验，熟悉糖果类（凝胶糖果、硬糖类)原料特性、配方设计原理及产品风味评价，对食品相关法规知识了解； 3、熟悉糖果（凝胶糖果、硬糖类）业务开发流程，了解生产设备、生产工艺原理及标准，并能主导新产品开发计划及产品生命周期管理，有在大型OEM/ODM公司任关键研发岗位经验优先考虑； 4、对行业或市场产品熟悉敏感，对产品发展有自己的思考； 5、有文献、资料信息整合能力和解决问题的能力，可以对产品研发、生产过程中出现的问题提供技术支持。
