외국계 제약회사(본사는 서울 송파구)QA Assistant1년 파견계약직/연장가능- 경기도 안성시 물류 창고 1명- 서울 본사 1명 (상황에 따라 안성창고로 일주일에 2~3회 있을 수 있음)📋 주요업무 o Product inbound/outbound assistance o Warehouse management support o Customer complaint replacement support Quality Assurance 1) Provide support for managing both incoming and outgoing products. • Create records for temperature monitoring during transport of relevant goods. • Prepare initial inbound mail for each batch. • Assist in warehousing and product release processes. • Help document the activities listed above. 2) Aid local QC testing procedures. • Support management of QC and retention samples, including sending them to external QC laboratories. 3) Help with repackaging tasks. • Organize repackaging activities according to established plans. • Prepare and evaluate materials needed for repackaging. • Assist with the repackaging process and ensure proper reconciliation. • Compile and maintain documentation for repackaged batches. 4) Assist with handling customer complaints. • Pack and dispatch replacement products. • Match replacement requests with receipt forms. 5) Assist with returned products and their destruction. • Manage the flow of returned products/materials through the destruction process.
