I am a health workforce specialist, strategy director, senior program manager, workforce and operations specialist, learning and development specialist and researcher with 15+ years of experience in leading global cross-functional teams and matrixed teams (50 nationalities). Designing innovative frameworks, global programs, developing partnerships, policies and strategies for workforce optimisation in close collaboration with C-level leadership. I bring a vast experience on managing complex problems and navigating ambiguous stakeholder environments. Highly experienced in designing, transforming, optimising and developing both national and global policies and strategies for governments and non-governmental organisations such as the World Health Organization and UNESCO. I have given 100+ technical talks representing international organisations in 50 cities and her work has been published in 60+ articles. Fluent in 3 languages, English, Portuguese and Spanish. An expert in professional and policy development, global workforce, workforce optimization and technology, she led the strategy and implementation of workforce and education programs for the organisations’ members of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP).
