Dr.Balagani Pavan Kumar, was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmaceutical Sciences by JNTUA, Anantapuramu. He completed his Post Graduation from The Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University, Chennai. He completed his graduation from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. Dr.Balagani PavanKumar has 16 years of teaching experience. He is presently working as Professor and Principal at Gokula Krishna College of Pharmacy, Sullurpet, SPSR Nellore dist., Andhra Pradesh, India. He guided 15 projects at Under Graduate level and 13 projects at Post Graduate level. He has published more than 35 research and review articles in various indexed, peer-reviewed national and international journals with good impact factor. He has attended many National and International Conferences, Seminars, Symposia and Workshops and also presented research papers (oral and poster). He is the Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Comprehensive Pharmacy (ISSN 2349-5669) and also appointed as reviewer/advisory/editorial board member of various journals of National and International reputations. Dr. Balagani Pavan Kumar received fellowships from Institution of Chemists India, Academy of General Education, Bose Science Society and International Congress of Chemistry and Pharmacy. He is the Registered Pharmacist at Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Council. Dr.PavanKumar is a life member of various professional bodies like Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA), Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI), Academy of General Education (FAGE), Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE), Indian Society of Systems for Science and Engineering (ISSE), Institution of Chemists, India (FIC), InPharm Association (A Young Pharmacist’s Group of India-YPGI), Bose Science Society (FBSS), Association of Pharmacy Professionals, India (APP), International Congress of Chemistry and Pharmacy (ICCP), and registered Pharmacist at Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Council. Dr. Balagani Pavan Kumar received several awards and rewards includes Best Teacher award, APP Appreciation Award and Inspiring Role Model & Leader. In 2017 he received the most prestigious “Sushrutha Best Scientist” award from the Tamil Nadu Scientific Research Organization (Bose Science Society).
