Graduated in Industrial Chemistry (2015) and Master’s in Chemistry (2019) from the State University of Paraíba; PhD in Chemistry from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (2023). Experienced in Organic and Medicinal Chemistry, with a focus on the organic synthesis of heterocyclic compounds, rational design of new prototypes using computational tools, molecular docking, and researches targeting antineoplastic, neurodegenerative, and infectious diseases. Recently worked on projects related to the pharmaceutical industry as a researcher at Microbiológica Química e Farmacêutica (2023) and Eurofarma (Preclinical Development, 2024), where responsibilities included project management in Medicinal Chemistry, rational design of analogues, synthesis of compounds with otimization of the methodologies and routes, SAR (Structure-Activity Relationship) analysis, and decision-making support for assigned projects. He currently works as a researcher at the Applied Organic Synthesis Laboratory (UFF), leading a scientific project approved and funded by FAPERJ (PDR-10).
