I’m a computational researcher working at the intersection of AI/ML, data science, bioinformatics, and digital health, building data-driven models for cancer genomics, precision medicine, infectious disease dynamics, health systems analytics, and climate-health research. My work integrates machine learning, statistical modeling, biomedical informatics, and cloud technologies to support biomarker discovery, scalable analytics, disease surveillance, and deployable healthcare innovations. My research interests focus on combining biomedical, clinical, and environmental data to enable more proactive, resilient, and equitable healthcare systems, particularly in low-resource and underserved settings. I am especially interested in antimicrobial resistance surveillance, computational biomedical research, epidemiological modeling, and AI-assisted decision-support systems that translate complex health data into actionable insights for clinicians, researchers, and public health institutions. Beyond technical innovation, I am committed to the ethical and responsible use of AI to develop transparent, trustworthy, and impactful solutions that strengthen global health systems and improve healthcare outcomes across Africa and beyond.
