Benzylmagnesium chloride

Benzylmagnesium chloride (CAS 6921-34-2, molecular formula C7H7ClMg) is supplied at pharmaceutical grade by Shaoxing Shangyu Hualun Chemical Industry Co. Ltd, which sources rather than manufactures it, under in-house standards. Offered as a 1.0–2.0 M tetrahydrofuran solution (a brown or dark-red liquid) in sealed, pressure-resistant packaging of 500 mL bottles, 200 kg drums or steel cylinders, it is a Grignard reagent widely used in drug synthesis and is distributed across North and South America, Europe, Australasia, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
